warm up your account with white hat advertising at startup
use old google ads accounts
use accounts with spending history
use business verified accounts
Warm up your account by increasing the budget for black hat advertising up to $100.

Circumventing Systems Policy

There are hundreds of reasons for circumventing systems suspensions and it is difficult to know which one or which few have resulted in your Google Ads account getting suspended.

Malicious software policy errors

Usually malicious software related suspension is caused to due some coding or hidden coding in the website template that is triggering this. Though in reality the coding or hidden coding may not be malware, but some of it may be triggering it as malware in Google Ads. So, to isolate the cause of this further, if possible change the website template to something simple (light) and then create a new ad group in Google Ads (in the same campaign).
