After a while of getting support from everyone, I found the right agency. So I'm going to share with you some tips on how to avoid being scammed by an agency that I've used:

1. Stage of approach:
- Search for products/services you need on reputable platforms like BHW

- I also read the replies. This is the key to verifying the agency.

How's the guest rating? Is that positive? The agency is transparent and willing to improve its services → That's how I'll know if the agency really understands its services.

2. Purchase phase:
- An agency can have many ways of communicating, but beware of fake agency names. Asking a lot of questions gives you a lot of insight into the agency's attitude and the way it works. Are they professional? The heat? Transparent, you mean? Does it meet your minimum requirements?

- You can compare and verify different agencies. The source may be the same, but the style of service is unique.

- Most importantly, a reputable agency will always let you try it out for a small fee, they want a long-term relationship with you so they'll definitely want to consider you as a potential client. So beware of the agencies that charge you big deposits right now...

3. The official stage:
- At this stage you'll need to observe and sense the agency's capabilities and professionalism.

- You're allowed to ask for customer feedback first, ask about how many customers they're holding and ask about where they're staying (some customers become more familiar with the agency management)...

- You also have the right to withdraw and request a refund, and a reputable agency doesn't hesitate to do that. And they're happy to welcome you back someday because they know what the customer needs.

- Honest agencies always look for ways to retain customers, they'll always make you feel like they're trying to do your best.

If a customer uses the Agency's services to disable multiple accounts, causing their profits to disappear, then refunding the budget is impossible. In this case, many dealers will not refund and that is the reality that I have seen.

Some agencies consider the cause of problems that customers have. If they're from agency, they'll probably refund because customers can be back some days. If they're from customers (not follow guidance), the agency will stop cooperating proactively before wasting too much money. Both of 2 sides don't have time for constant trouble right?!

Quite eloquently put, I should say. Particularly for these type of posts, it shouldn't fall out of favour. There's always new coming into the scene and as much of a learning experience getting scammed is, it's a lesson one can learn from others just as well instead of first-hand.
