There is another option guys its available in .fr but i am not sure that brand does not have searches in france so will that domain attract traffic from uk and us if the content is in english?

I would never buy a domain from a site like that, looks like a cheap whitelabel-reseller site from the early 2000´s..

If the main 3 TLDs are taken I'd suggest avoiding that domain name entirely because Google might flag you as an impersonator of sorts if it's a branded site.
Secondly, TLD does matter in determining your ranking and overall trust in the eyes of Google in general. .online, .one, .top, and .xyz are considered spam TLDs by default because of their high association with spam and malactivity. Yeah, some of these TLDs do rank because the owners spend a shit ton on SEO. By default, these TLDs are shit.
I'd say try a different domain name and go for com, net, or org preferably

Maybe the Chinese are really stupid, buying a domain from a site with no contact or terms information is just plain stupid. No company information at all, typical reseller/whitelabel site from early 2000 ..

Maybe before posting negative things about a company or website you clearly have no clue about, do some research. But of course you can also register your .CM with MarkMonitor or CSC, if a price of $150 makes you feel better.
