But depending on what kind of project you plan, be aware that a VPN is just a very, very small part of your opsec. Your setup should always depend on your threat model and more "hops" not equal better security or privacy or anonymity!

I was thinking something like this, connect the PC to a mobile proxy, activate the VPN, start up a virtual machine on the PC, and then connect via Tor.
I got similar purposes, any idea what are the best precautions u could make, currently :which vpn providers would you prefer the most or which ones do you already use yourself?
