Creating new ebay accounts

Did some research and found that there are 2 ways to do it:

1. Static proxy + anti detect browser
2. Using VM(or VPS or RDP - I have no idea what's the difference between them but seems to do the same) from a vendor like Kamatera.

Which way would you recommend?

Also, can they track down your device's MAC address or Serial number?

I think first option is good so you can choose best proxy and best antidetect
but you can also mix between this 2 option to know which best for you

so decided to go with VM as it looks like an easier setup

but gosh, I hate that lagging user experience when using VM

i do for my self ebay account i use new real ip and always new device then after a time its not matter the ip used

I find using virtual computers cheap and easy to use. This is just my personal opinion

At kamatera, you can get windows VM for a max of $20/month if you keep it running 24/7. I also saw there is an Ubuntu version for $9/month

eh u can create a lot of accounts with 1 proxy if its mobile.

Ebay can't check you MAC address, they able to see your browser fingerprint.
All methods will suit you, but I’m not sure about the virtual machine.
