should I get a VPN or proxies? VPNs cost about $10/month and I am familiar with them. Here on BHW proxy market is very active but I have never used them. Proxies seem cheap per IP, but most of them have a minimum package price, so the prices start from $20/month or more...
Both these methods will get new accounts suspendes mostly. You have to look real as much as possible. Make a new account on regular browser with regular fingerprints (No 100% unique fingerprints) with regular IP or 4G/5G. Make some sales, then you can import cookies to antidetect browser and switch.

And if you repeat this 10 times, won’t Ebay connect all these accounts because the registration was in fact from one computer, even if you then transfer them to antidetect??
Get a laptop from Amazon, use different browsers Chrome, Mozilla, Edge (different fingerprints), return it within return window.
