Upload XML file with No host and no Domain

I got an xml file and I want to upload it to the internet.
I don't have however neither a hosting plan nor a domain.

How to do it for free?

use a file sharing service. But what's the purpose of uploading it?? I have a feeling that you're not only interested in uploading it, but to actually have the file "live" on the internet in which case you do need domain

Maybe just use Amazon S3, it's free and the file will be accessible through an S3 subdomain.
