Can't you build your own page for indexing purposes? This will always be the fastest. I've seen a thread or two in the marketplace that sell domains. Check the domains and buy one that is very powerful, say DR 40+ according to Ahrefs. Then build a shitty site there with a Wordpress template and some good handwritten content that target some keyword that has very low competence, and some volume, regardless if its profitable or not (for example Philosophy topics work here because noone care a fuck about philosophy). And then every time you need to index a couple of links, create a page linked from the homepage (for example, the classic "Recent Posts" or something like that), and put there an average looking content with a couple of links here and there with the links you want to index. It will be indexing in no time.

I read through Tag Parrot's web site, and all they appear to be using is the Google API Indexer, which anyone can use themselves. Rank Math made a nice Wordpress plug-in to automate this, and there are a few others as well.
