Our team went through the agencies and wondered why they always charge money while depositing. When calculating money based on spending and when depositing, it is completely different. When we got to $500k we discovered how big it was lol)

This is annoying, but this is your mistake, because the fee is taken from the amount you deposit, not from your ads budget.
If you deposit 10K, you can spend 9.5K. If you want to spend 10K, you have to reverse calculate it. 10,000/0.95=10,526.32

The problem lies in the advertising account the agency provides you with, what currency does that advertising account carry?

If the account is in USD currency, you will deposit the correct amount + service fee.

There are many agents that provide customers with accounts in different currencies and then convert them to USD, which increases your spending budget.

But besides that, accounts with other currencies will be less likely to be checked by Facebook than USD and EUR currencies, which will help your ads perform better.

So in these cases the question is different (from a calculus standpoint). You're asking how much can you spend, given that you can only spend 95% of what you deposit.

In the first situation, if you want to spend 10k (that stands for 95% of your deposit amount), we're trying to find the number that 10k is 95% of. 10000/0.95=10526.32.

When you deposit 10500 they charge 525, because this stands for 5% of your deposit.
You got confused because you wanted to add the fee they'd charge for 10k, but you didn't consider that the amount you deposited grew bigger, too.
