Summary of Dispute:
I placed an order for 250 bulk Google reviews from @Ticonort on November 26. The seller agreed to deliver 250 reviews in a month for $1150. The first week, he posted 4 reviews in total. The second week, he posted no new reviews and 3 of his previous reviews dropped, leaving me with 1 review. He kept assuring that he will speed up the process and start posting more reviews but failed to deliver, at which point I believed the transaction to be fraudulent and realized I was being scammed. He is incapable of fulfilling sticky, bulk Google reviews and still taking orders on BHW.

Information For The Accused
@Ticonort - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. I hope that’s the case. I doubt he has the ability to blast listings with bad reviews, it seemed like an empty threat, but I’m watching my listing carefully.
