Just wondering if anyone has any ideas or hacks to make YouTube channel grow fast?

Also, what niches are less saturated nowadays?

Need some ideas, been publishing a while now and results on videos are varied but need some new fresh ideas.

Sampling diffrent ones to see what gains most traction and was then going to stick to the most popular one. Just sampling shorts at the moment. Not many views tho and I am doing good quality videos too.

Keep company to the lonely. Do manosphere content maybe. Think offline, how would you become popular offline? How would you get many friends? Read Dale Carnegie, you have to be like a therapist to your audience, cheer them up, make them feel seen. Think in terms of building a community with you as the moderator. How would you build a forum? By listening and responding kindly to what people say.

One idea that certainly works is collaborations. New channels might be hesistant to do collaborations with old channels but if you offer them some value or something in return, some old channels can still agree for such opportunities.
