Will this pbn situation get caught by google?

I dont know whether it is network or not cuz they are just two sites.

A site is my main website. B site is a expired domain and second website.
They are on both clouways shared hosting account, same ip.
B site 87 links are pointed to A site. Purpose is to increase A site Authority Score

After some youtube learning, I figure out PBN is black hat method and can lead to "unnatural links" manual action and harm the whole website rankings.
Therefore, I unlink all B site links and disavowed all B site links on A site GSC.

In this case, will it still get manual actions?

Were the links from B site relevant to A site's content? If not, they were more likely to be flagged as unnatural.
