They are only suitable for consolidated billing due to limits set for new accounts. That much credit cant be used with a account with limitations

I can only confirm. The seller is trustworthy, I bought quite a few accounts from him. Some of the accounts where suspended but that can happen to any accounts now, you need to know the risks and use the credit asap.
