MAKING MONEY WITH ONLINE CASINO

I see great effort here, just jealous of you. :)

I saw that you also provide live games. Did you partner up with a live game provider (don't know if such provider exists tho), or do you run your own production with a studio, employees and everything?

I have some irl experience working as a casino manager myself. What would be the entry barrier and a minimum capital to enter and start an Online Casino
I would say at least 50k would be good. Actually we are offering a Whitelabel solution which requires just 25k setup fee and it will take 2-4 weeks until you can start. The casino will operate via our company + curacao license, so you don't have to care about all the regulatory stuff. Depends on your abilities you can start with organic marketing on twitter and get affiliates/influencers on which you give a share of the revenue that they generate - so you have no upfront cost. then the other 25k you should have as bankroll to payout winnings - yes it's sounds like not a lot, but you can implement daily, weekly, monthly withdrawal limits which keeps you from getting bankrupt. I'm super new here and don't know if I can share my contact info here. Just reply here or dm me if you wish to have more info :)
How much do i need to invest to start with it?
I'd say the low end minimum is 50k. Read my text above :)
Nice congrats on your efforts!
You offer White label turnkey Casino?
Can you please provide more details
Thanks :)
We offer whitelabel - that means we customize our casino (design) how you wish and operate the casino via our company + license and you just care about marketing. We do as well offer a turnkey solution, where you just pay us one time and you get a full customized casino, which you then have to operate via your own company & license and can all changes and customizations to the code - this option is a bit more expensive. In addition to this option we also offer Master Reseller Rights for the code, so you can whitelabel or sell the whole solution as well.
Hi, how much for your whitelabel solution.
25k setup (2-4 weeks) read my text above!

Those live dealer tables are basically in every casino and are mostly provided by evolution gaming & pragmatic play live - these are pretty easy to get and you pay them a cut of your GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) - most of the times between 10-15%. Usually you integrate a gaming aggregator which provides you with all of those popular slot & live game providers at once.

For anyone who has more questions to me - just @ or dm me and I'm happy to answer everything :)

Do you need a content manager? I might be of a huge help if you have a lot of work.

Which payment gateway you use?

No.
My operation today consists in 3 people: me, my partner and an employee on support.
Our focus was to develop the platform and sell turnkey whitelabels, all the trafic we have on the platform today was generated by influencers. All the volume we drive to the platform was to test the technology, not to scale the operation.

We don't even come close to run classic marketing strategies, such as paid traffic and SEO. Most of the traffic was generated with our affiliate system, this is what surprises me the most and shows the potential of this business, we invest almost nothing in marketing, apply few strategies and the profits obtained are already more than satisfactory.
Hi, but do you want to test SEO marketing too?

In last crypto boom, many casino copy paste sites have appeared.
At the time, as far as I remember, there was a turnkey solution that charged "little", like 3%.
There were some people who only had the roulette wheel with the faucet to attract more people.
With a little publicity I met some who became a gold mine at the time

I'm quite curious -- do you solely integrate games from other platforms, or do you also originate them? And do your products hold any official certification?

If you are that curious why dont you read this very short thread, you find everything you want to know is already there.

Interested to know at what point its worth moving from being an affiliates to owning a casino directly

We currently operate in some black market countries as an affiliates to these countries and are able to successful drive traffic within these regions. Looking to potentially legitimize operations and own a casino directly.

We currently earn 60% CGR which comes out closer to 40% of player losses.

It's my first post here on BHW, trying to learn more about the forum. I own an online casino and have a lot of experience in the iGaming niche.
Recently, has been a lot of hype in this market and I can see many people in doubt if they should invest in it and start running an Online Casino,
after all the house always wins, right?

I'm also a Senior Developer with 9 years of experience, I dedicated the last years of my life to the iGaming niche.

Props for coding everything from scratch - that’s definitely a rare route these days!

founders I talk to usually burn out trying to maintain dozens of separate provider API and PAM architecture inhouse so they end up pivoting to turnkey platforms or unified API aggregators\turnkey solutions like Nuxgame or soft swiss or smth else to save dev sanity and get to market faster.

question for you since you built it yourself: How did you handle game feed latencies and wallet syncing during high-concurrency spikes?

I can confirm this. We started by planning a much more custom-heavy approach, but the maintenance quickly became the bigger problem than the initial development. Provider APIs, wallet synchronization and ongoing updates eat a surprising amount of engineering time. Using a turnkey platform let us focus on acquisition and operations instead of constantly firefighting infrastructure.

Good thread. What's your main player acquisition channel, given how hard casino ads get shut down on FB and Google? Affiliates, SEO, or do you manage to run paid somehow? That's usually the hardest part of this niche from what I've seen.
