I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but it concerns a service related to youtube.

The Claim Social Authority site, managed by @KaisGuy, offers high retention views from the US and UK. He does not sell his services here but is present on the forum.

In January 2023, the service became unavailable due to a maintenance that lasted until April. we then received an email stating that the service was available again. so I made a deposit.

I use the service for 5 days, and I also take likes. some likes drop. I make a ticket, no answer.

After 5 days, the service is no longer available. So I filed a support ticket, no response. A reminder a few days later, no response.

Since then, no news. the service still hasn't reappeared, no news from @KaisGuy, I even tried to write to him on this site.

knowing that these are the only youtube views it offers, my balance is useless at the moment. and I don't know when I will be able to use my money.

it's been almost 2 months and no response from @KaisGuy, no information on service maintenance.

it's not much, I have a balance of $25 but still.

and I can't post in dispute resolution knowing that he doesn't sell here.

Always add balance or send money to the ones who have a sales thread here in BHW or any other forum, coz most likely the sellers aren't go to jeopardize their sales thread and you can also check the replies from other customers. If your purchasing from other forums, you can use middle man services or you can make sure that you are able to report their sales threads in these kind of events.

I sorted everything with @KaisGuy in December. All my pending orders have been delievered!

And re-ordered again multiple times without any problems.
Can only say quality wise still much better than all the smm panels i tried here on BHW especially if you consider the quality of views and comments!

As well what Kaisguy told me there will be more updates coming to improve service!

Thanks for this @tekattack when you say the views are working and did quality. Are you ordering a bulk of them and then letting YouTube do it's thing or do you have a particular way you use the views at csa?

The main porpuse i use it is to boost my channels views and than let the rest do the youtube algo.

I mostly buy a certain amount let´s say 5k views + related comments (since those are really related comment and not some random crap)

Compared to other smm panels i have been dealing with view drops all the time, as well comments even if targeted regional end up beeing not the regional comments / users i payed for.

Example on two smm panels that are advertised on bhw i ordered regional comments (uk/germany) and i got indian "users" everytime.
When i open a ticket about it they say they check and are mute afterwards.

For views dropping, i tried so many different smm panels for views. And most of them are just garbage. The claim high retention and than you get 30 seconds.. They claim unique users/views and they arent.

As well @KaisGuy told me he is coming up with new options for views in a while as well.

may i ask, is your channel already monetized and if so, do you use the regular views or the adwords views? are the views dripfed? I saw no option to do that on the site.

My channel has been monetized since 2019, i use regular views just for the boost. Mostly the algo picks it up after that.
Views aren´t dripfeed (or adjustable with dripfeed settings) but they don´t drop in just one second in my experience.

But what @KaisGuy told me he is working on offering high retention views as well in the near future.
Generally he is working on giving more options and revamping everything.

I tried CSA, support is about 1 week to respond. For the cheapest comments i need to contact him or it will never launch

For the rest, views don't seem to drop, it might rank your videos (i ranked some with a new channel, other didn't really like 2-4 view a day now but its average quality and not in english).

The views come in one time, no drip feed, it's a violent curve (i tested cheap views 2.5$ and adword views 4$.)

The retention si of course low, about 30-45 seconds.

The geographics is mostly from India and other tiers countries for the views i bought, not sure its good to rank my french channel but at least it gave me some attraction for some videos and i can get some leads from the views.

I've tested other panels and services, its pretty similar. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Really depend of the competition and the quality i guess. Good for small channels with affiliate marketing strategy not so much to make ton of views.

Only likes/comments. Concernig "Social Signals" I tried buying some shares of posts on different plattforms before not with any real success. I have quite a good following on insta but even than i am lucky if i can convert a few people to watch the youtube video via a story / post.
