I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but it concerns a service related to youtube.

The Claim Social Authority site, managed by @KaisGuy, offers high retention views from the US and UK. He does not sell his services here but is present on the forum.

In January 2023, the service became unavailable due to a maintenance that lasted until April. we then received an email stating that the service was available again. so I made a deposit.

I use the service for 5 days, and I also take likes. some likes drop. I make a ticket, no answer.

After 5 days, the service is no longer available. So I filed a support ticket, no response. A reminder a few days later, no response.

Since then, no news. the service still hasn't reappeared, no news from @KaisGuy, I even tried to write to him on this site.

knowing that these are the only youtube views it offers, my balance is useless at the moment. and I don't know when I will be able to use my money.

it's been almost 2 months and no response from @KaisGuy, no information on service maintenance.

it's not much, I have a balance of $25 but still.

and I can't post in dispute resolution knowing that he doesn't sell here.

I just wanted to let you know.
 
Thank. Was that your first time of using their service?
I discovered the site during the maintenance time but i used to use the same service few months earlier, but from another reseller. When it's been back, i purchased on CSA to pay cheaper (3.50 instead of 4.50 for 1000 views)
 
I feel your pain. Went through the same process as you, and I have a couple hundred $ locked up with them that I can't use.

same here. used the site for years, now it seems down and got ~ 100 $ locked there. did you receive any answer from the site by now?

since I believe there are many clients that feel being ripped off lately by Claim Social Authority (CSA) we should consider taking legal action or at least give the site " a fair warning". assuming that there are probably millions of $s locked on the site's account right now, without getting any benefits from the owner. I mean he's still offering/advertising things he is not able to deliver. and yes a shitlist.addition should be taken into consideration as well, to warn other existing clients and potentially new clients... anybody here that has experience with the shitlist that wants to help?

I've never done a shitlist before, and honestly I'm just hoping the services come back online as they really were top tier.
 
I have some fund in my account, but it seems the panel is no more in service. They are usually fast to respond to tickets, but no response now.

2. I TEMPORARILY closed my panel to PREVENT people from placing orders that cannot get fulfilled. One would think that that would be appreciated.
3. I do not resell. And because I do not resell, I have no views to offer during our maintenance.
4. I haven't run away with your money to some foreign country. Your money is safe. So if I perhaps missed your request for a refund, please email the email address on my site.

That's about as much I as can probably discuss on BHW without being reprimanded for not having a BST.

I cancelled an re-ordered as well as a test without any luck.

Maybe @KaisGuy can chime in and tell me whats up, since all my support requests are unanswered.

And i can´t directly PM him here so i thought i´ll try it this way.

The Services on the site states everything is operational!
