One of my friend had experienced this, but what we did is reporting those spammy sites to Google and other search engines. Better report those spam sites to google and use canonical tag to avoid copy content before others use your content. use canonical tag as soon as you can before your spammers using if someone used your content with canonical tag before your content may reported as copy content. i have tried all the code and it does not work...Is easy , you can block the 302 using htaccess
