business manager restrictions

Hi everyone
I have a problem setting up a new business manager together with a customer.
We set this up from his new personal, which immediately restricted the business manager from advertising
After this, we tried to create a business manager with an employee's personal account, but this business manager was also immediately restricted from advertising. Everyone we create around the customer's company is simply blocked without a reason
It is somehow not possible to object to the decision from the business manager, and the help desk says it recognizes the problem but cannot unlock it itself
Dose anyone have an idea what the most convenient option is to still be able to advertise? I think we should either advertise from my own business manager or i should create a business manager for the client from my own personal account

Running ads using personal profile might cause you problems man. To scale your advertising, I suggest to visit Exiscale and try their service.

naaah, it's not a good idea to run ads in your personal account. Try to rent an account instead. Exiscale will be an option.

Just add your client as a user/admin to an existing BM account. Or even your newly created ones.

You should get an aged account from exiscale.
