Problem when unlocking an OUTOOK account on a phone number

I deal with BULK email marketing, I have a problem when unlocking a Microsoft account via phone number.
The error "We cannot send a text message to this number" appears.
I use virtual numbers when unlocking.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Use different phone number providers and make sure to sync proxy + number API + Captcha on same proxy node.

Process is really slow but surely it will work good.

Do you have any proxies you would recommend as well as phone numbers?
