Cool. I'm looking to do the same as you. another quick question...are you using a certain recomended physical credit card (in the same area as the account), and an anti browser with proxy (also from the same area) to integrate your ads account without any hiccups? Not sure on best practices..

OP did say the VPS should work well with the account but I'll know more once I setup the billing and publish the ad.
