SE Nuke used to be pretty good a decade ago, but link building tools don't work as well as they used to be. If you have money to spend on backlinks it's just better to outright buy / rent quality links than using the tools. And you can use the tools to build tier 2+ links...

Post some videos about your site on youtube and other social media sites and link to your site in the comments/discription.
1 - 3 links per social media sites is a good start then see what you need to do from there.

GSA SER is a beast. I just got 1 more license. Now I own 6 copies of GSA. But running only 5 of them cause i will have to purchase captcha solver( cap monster)

Anyway money robot is still works cause their junk network still index on google. I use it sometimes cause I own LT license there. But if someone plans to buy a monthly or even a new copy, it's not worth it. Instead, investing money in other great tools like GSA is worth it.
