I would not define the Size/Resultion in the prompt at the moment. I would read about the image generator I was using to see if and how I can change the size of the image.

I'm not quite sure what you mean as I dont know which post you are reffering to. You can upload an image and then a prompt after to create variations of that image with midjourney. Does that anwser your question?
