These are my results after several months of doing this. I guess I made 200 to 300 comments. A lot of bans though, you'll need many reddit accounts for this, an anti-detect browser and proxies.

Idk if thats me or what but I cant get a single commision doing this. I know that this method is good, but I don't kniow what I'm doing wrong.

My stats after about 2 weeks of commenting few minutes per day.
People are thanking me and saying that they want to use promoted service but still no conversions. Maybe I have picked the wrong niche? Idk

Try multiple niches at once and see what sticks. Also it has a snowball effect, so keep doing it, fiverr is pretty good about converting registrations to sales. You can also pm your niche and message so maybe I can improve it for you.
 
I am new to Reddit, I will give this a try as soon as I find my way around it.
