What's The Least Complicated Way To Do This...

I have decided that I should list some of my sites on flippa to get some capital available for my currently planned projects...

However, the sites I want to sell are WordPress Blogs, hosted on Hostgator. I do not have the dough right now to sign up for re-seller hosting, So my question is HOW DO I TRANSFER THE ENTIRE SITE TO THE BUYERS HOSTING? (PAINLESSLY LOL)

I have googled this time and time again and read on e-how and all that stuff, but I'm still not comfortable with the idea, and don't want to list one for sale until I know I can deliver the site in-tact to the buyer.

Transfer the files first then the domain. You can package the files in a RAR or ZIP and upload to a filesharing website. They download and wahlah. You now only need to transfer the domain. They can upload the files to their servers themselves. I hoped this helped.

yes it should, and if you used Fantastico to install wordpress on the domain in question it likely automatically named the databes sequentially after the last database that was made in your hostgator account.
I dont know what would be involved in moving that database, and if any changes would be needed to be made to the WP php to find the database on its new host, which is what I'm assuming you are actually asking.

This is exactly what I am talking about, if it were just html and image files I could easily download everything and zip it up, but how does this work when a database (mysql) is involved, as Iknow the buyer would want all of the content as well....

Seriously? You just have to extract the contents of your MYSQL database. Google it, it's not really that difficult.

Or alternatively, tell the buyer you will keep it free of charge on your server for 3 months, and in that time they are required to transfer it.

It's quite a standard procedure if you're not comfortable transferring yourself...

for this, its because i host many sites/domains within this single hosting account.

as far as extracting the data from the sql, would they have to name their new sql the same as what i extracted from mine?

I really need a "moving wordpress for dummies version" lol
