How safe is my Binance account from hackers ?

Has anyone experienced P2P trading on Binance?

On both my last transactions from USDT to Wise both buyers asked me if it's ok to send payment to Wise from a different name from the one registered even though Binance makes me tick that payment is from the "same name" user. Both went through fine but I do suspect some kind of foul play.

Anyone knows if this ^ is dangerous?
dont accept , chances to get a chargeback are high

From Wise site:

"We’re not always able to submit a chargeback for a transaction, unfortunately. For transactions involving investment accounts, forex trading, and cryptocurrency accounts, we often only have chargeback rights if the amounts have not been deposited into your account. Once there is activity on the account, we might not be able to charge the debit card transactions back."

I do not quite understand.

If someone is to file a chargeback anyway on funds received, how's the identity of the actual sender make a difference? The chargeback is to be filed whether X or Y sent the funds.

What am I missing?

In crypto, there is no chargeback.
