Update: I managed to get my new account all setup and verified. I ran into issues when I tried to add PayPal as my payment method. I went through the correct procedure to link PayPal to my my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, my PayPal account was not showing up as a payment method after adding it. Was this a glitch, or is Microsoft now suspended all accounts regardless of the payment method you try to add.
I tried adding PayPal, because it was recommended in another thread. I assumed I did something wrong, so I tried adding the PayPal account again. After a few seconds, I received the suspension notification via email. Now I have to submit an appeal.
At this point, I'm going to fill out the appeal and after that I'm going to setup a Google ads account. Now will I have to deal with this same sh** with Google?
And one other question...
How are you guys staying in the game if it's this easy to have accounts suspended?

I've been trying to create new Bing ads accounts for 2 years with no success it doesn't make sense why bing does thay. They're suspending almost all new accounts after adding a card. Maybe they don't want new customers who knows. The only useful PPC search advertiserising platforms are Google and bing we don't have much of a choice Google won't suspend you for adding cards and is less strict in that area, but Google is more strict of what you're promoting.

I'm convinced that bing is just blocking ALL NEW ACCOUNTS. No matter what. Have been trying every different way for a long time. It's literally impossible.

I moved on to Google Ads
Have the same experience. Opened two new accounts via my friends and they got blocked within 1-2 days. Appealing does not help either.
Any tips on how to get those wroking is much apprecaited. I cannot identify what the problem is. Accounts were legit + biz or perosnal verified.

Hi, are you running bing ads right now? if yes, how long your accounts last?
If your first Bing Ad account was permanently blocked, it's important to note that creating a new account without addressing the underlying issues may lead to similar problems.

i'm convinced that bing ads just does not accept new applicants for accounts. I never read/met anyone who legitimately has a new account made .... it's all scams telling you they did it, when in reality they didnt.

Creating an account is tedious
And the rules are very strict now, so if you don't have a good, legitimate site to warm up to, you'll be banned just the same.
