Keep getting reports from TikTok users

Hi, I am managing 2 self-made TikTok ad accounts, both are running Whitehat products. But after 1 hour of active, the ad group would be disapproved by TikTok because it got many reports from users.

I have tried to send appeal tickets many times but no thing different. My friends said I should try agency ad account, but this is a Whitehat product, do I still need the agency account?

Yep, my contents are totally fine. Just contact one agency and they told me how to appeal. Hope it would be back to normal

If your ad is reported negatively by many people, TikTok will count it as black and not in the white section anymore

Yeah totally true, I received an email said that my ad account is under radar in 30 days, just like when I run BH products. Submit an appeal recently with the help of an agency, hope it would be back to normal

the problem is I did nothing wrong? Also sent the tracking number of purchases to prove it? What do you mean by stop doing stuff that get reported for?

Maybe it has something to do with the product itself or it offends the target audience? Its really hard to judge without seeing the ad or the product.
