Tiktok + CPA, does it still works? How Do I Start?

I am from a third world country so the resources I get is very limited. Recently I have seeing posts all across BHW about people earning $200-$2000+ using Tiktok and CPA. I was wondering if it still works. If it does, how can I do it ?Can you anyone guide me through? Earning $200 a month from this is just enough for me, for now!

Yes it still works, not the highest converting traffic because of the brain dead kids but it does work. No one here is gonna spoon feed you though, so start testing.
