Actually your screenshot is from someone targeting France Creativity Program, not USA, the money are shown in Eur not $ so I assume this is a french guy doing Creativity Program in France (it's available there too) and the phone language is frencj. Cost nothing except time

That would be awesome method for additional income, when your main income is from bio link (for example digitial products.
However, about SSN I hear first time. Ill read about it and ask that guy on my Telegram. If that is required, I will do just German or French program. Atleast here I can fastly open business in these countries. In the USA it's harder to open LLC.

The problem is SSN is more than tax ID. It can be verified online by services. European tax IDs are not verifiable, so you can put anything, pay honestly tax in your country. Invalid tax ID on TikTok side is TikTok problem. According to the USA, ill ask how they do it.

You can use:
-mobile proxy, the best
-vpn, but not popular ones and important how you use them
-with data center proxies I have not tested recently, but if proxies are good and uncommon like Amazon proxies, I think it can work
TikTok cannot ban every proxy or every vpn from my experience. There is too many of them and it's nonsense to fight with them manualy. They focus only on most popular.
Also with VPN, no, they are no fighting with them. They are asking iOS or Android system if user is using VPN, but there is a way to trick it.

It will work, but there is a problem with Android.
To Android 10, system had loopholes allowing TikTok to read device identifiers.
It was fixed in Android 11 by Google. With Android, new system version is highly recommended because Google fixing loopholes.
So it's high chance, that with Android 8.1 TikTok will just constantly detect you and ban you, because they are using system loopholes to read physical device identifiers like Bluetooth ID or Wifi card producent ID. I remember people were angry about it and Google fixed it in 11 version.

a) yes, mobile is must have, mostly you are getting 15x - 20x bigger traffic
b) TikTok first made his desktop versions to make easier life for business creators, who are paying for their ads and driving external traffic, it was never designed for individuals
I have problem with this too. For example today I have created 50 videos, but I need to upload them manualy via mobile to make sure my work will not go into garbage

Here are my last 7 days of earnings.
