My articles disappeared from Google

After the October update, All my ranking articles have disappeared.
My site decreased from 1,500 visitors per day to 20 visitors.
I modified more than 30 old articles and published new articles, but they do not appear in Google, while in GSC it appears that the link is indexed.
1. What is the solution for indexing?
2. Should I delete articles of poor quality because I was only using translated content?
3. Should I continue with this domain or buy a new domain?

I don't think he's deindexed, he still gets traffic so this means that he's still indexed, just not ranking as well as he used to.

Also, I don't see any reasons for which he would get manual penalty, that usually happens in extreme circumstances (google knows for sure that you're building links, or someone reports your site, or you get too much traffic and hurt some big dog, or you're doing at-scale black hat stuff, etc...)

I think his site is simply a case of either poor / AI / translated content, or he could be one of the many targets of google's latest updates. There have been 3-4 updates in the last few months, and it's also the shopping season, so he could have very well been cast aside to make room for the big dogs to feast. It happens every year lately...

OP: personally, I don't think you should throw the domain away, just keep it until January-February as your rankings might return once the rankings normalize (after the spending season ends.)

If your rankings come back it's probably a matter of content / algo updates, in which case it's still not worth giving up on the domain especially if it's an established site with good content initially...

If all of your content was AI / translated from day 1 then yeah, your domain might have been flagged by google as automated site or something. But if the initial content was manually written and of good quality then removing the AI / translated articles might bring your traffic back at some point. And especially if it's a good (short, catchy, brandable, EMD, etc.) domain you shouldn't get rid of it so easily, you never know who might be interested in buying it at some point

1.Keep making better content and wait for Google to notice your site again.
2.Improve your low-quality articles instead of deleting them to avoid losing traffic and facing penalties.
