Some people are selling Google Ads accounts on marketplace. How do they deliver the account? With portable browser or antidetect? Can you explain the process?

Different providers deliver in different ways. Some may just provide the login credentials only, some may also provide the cookies, some may deliver it in an anti-detect browser, RDP (VPS), etc.
Can you explain the process?
You need to contact the providers and get that information.
However, do bear in mind that there is a spike in Google Ads accounts scams going on, so do your due diligence and do not risk more than you can afford to lose. Good luck.

Is there any video or written text to understand how cookies can be delivered?

I want to learn how the process works. I mean how to export cookies and import them correctly.
A virtual machine is created in the Firefox browser and a proxy is defined to this machine, accounts are opened in this machine and information is sent to the user. Accounts with cookies usually cause problems because you may receive unauthorized access or suspicious payment warnings when you log in with a different IP or different browser. For this reason, the most appropriate option is to purchase an old account.

You can buy an Amazon AWS account yourself and create a VPS, or you can log in to these accounts by purchasing any VPS and log in with the same IP address each time you use the account.

Since accounts with cookies are generally new, I recommend you stay away from them. However, I exclude ads sellers who do their job properly, work cleanly and create new accounts.

Account delivery can be done in different ways. But my advice to you is not to choose antidetect.
