Update: I have reached and surpassed my goals for November. My first model's earnings are at 60k and my second model has reached 53k.

My second model had 2 videos on her Tiktok get a lot of views and this converted well along with the lives we do. With our targeting strategies to retain new subs we managed to increase her revenue significantly in the past two weeks.

I have also completely outsourced my Twitter strategies and Reddit as well to VAs (even though I am constantly checking on this myself due to account bans happening right now). I did run into issues on Reddit once again with newer accounts but managed to still work out my strategy with much older accounts.

Since I outsourced a lot of work, in the past week and a half I myself have been focusing on Dating App strategies for my models, specifically Tinder. At this moment the strategy is very simple and it taps into a whole other crowd as we are also using Snapchat for this method. This strategy is definitely working and I will outsource it once I test it out completely on other dating platforms besides Tinder.

Once I can outsource this method as well my plan is to recruit another model, I will also begin a new journey thread very soon with a new goal for my agency to keep you guys posted.

I tried a few out before sticking with two VAs with whom I had to get on a live call and show them exactly what I needed step by step. I found them on Upwork, they seemed qualified/spoke english so I approached them and asked them if they would be interested in work in this business and they were. I am currently in the process of finding a video editor so I can have that outsourced as well.

Hello BHW, I’ve been browsing and learning here for years and finally decided to create an account not too long ago to contribute some knowledge, keep myself in check through journeys, and to network.

I started my IM journey about 2 years ago after spending a lot of time each day learning after work and started off as a freelancer, SEO blog writer, social media management, and website developer.

Long story short, I ended up bringing results for my clients and eventually ended up working in house for a pretty established company where I live.

I was very unhappy here and was always looking for ways to sustain myself without needing a job (nothing wrong with a regular job, I just wanted to keep pursuing and increasing my IM skills and make a living out of it as I was unhappy with the pay I was receiving.)

So I decided to try something new and different and decided to give OnlyFans marketing a shot by creating an agency. I saw a ton of people try this out, some failing some succeeding but I saw how lucrative it can be if you know what you’re doing.

After a lot of failed attempts at gaining a model and listening to most “gurus” in this field I realized that a lot of the information was trash and pretty much made the whole agency idea super cringe by teaching people to create agencies in the most absurd way possible especially regarding outreach.

I decided to put all the skills I gained over the past few years together and was finally able to recruit my first model, and a few months later she referred me to her friend and am now managing both of them.

I completely failed when starting out as I was simply trying everything without focusing on getting results one platform at a time. After the first month I felt the pressure to bring results before my first model dropped me. So I started to focus on TikTok as content has a high chance of going viral here. I also created a schedule for my model to go live and set up a funnel to get viewers to sign up to the OF, which finally brought me some great results.

After gaining great results through TikTok I started to focus on Reddit and TikTok. Managing to gain 30,000 in revenue (this was in total as our contract is 50/50) This is when my first model referred me to her friend and I decided to use the money I gained to hire a VA and chatters. After having horrible experiences with the first chatters I vetted I went with a chatting agency and they were well worth every penny as they have helped my models revenue increase very significantly.

I then decided to try out something completely different and discussed with both if they were okay with marketing on xxx rated sites, they agreed as they understood that it can be very lucrative and I started promoting their content and funneling the viewers to their specific domain which would then take them to their social media profiles and their OF.

While this wasn't as lucrative as TikTok, Twitter, or Reddit methods it was still a nice add that increased revenue and my models were very happy.

My first model right now is earning 32k, and my second model is currently earning 24k (this is in total, not my actual earnings as both of them have a 50/50 contract with me).

My current goal is to reach 40k-50k in earnings for both by November, automating my Reddit method completely without me having to do anything just through VAs, hire another VA that strictly edits the content for promotions, and by putting my focus on Dating App methods to test them while also continuing our lucrative TikTok Strategy that we have been doing since the beginning. I am currently working with an agency that has provided me with the help of 2 very professional chatters whom I share 25% of the net earnings with.

My models are 22, and 24 and are pretty, one having bigger assets which has definitely helped and they both want to get out of college debt and we're going to start camming before meeting me so they are actually very dedicated lol.

My ultimate goal is to fully automate this business, reach 100k and expand, giving me time to try out and finish other projects I have planned.

I’m doing this journey to keep myself on track, to keep my word to myself that I will be reaching this goal, and to help and network with others as this community has been the absolute best!

Hey realy nice work have you done, but i have a few questions. How did you find those models? did they contact you? do you have an website or so were they found you agency or how did that went.
And what is you "job" as agency? are you promoting the page or just managing the finance stuff.
