Summary
This web hosting service has been tested by the marketplace moderation team to ensure that it meets the standards for the marketplace. Please note that due to our resources, we do not host a website using the web hosts, we simply verify that the advertised features are present.

Service Information
  • The advertised features of the top-level plan were included with the account the seller provided me with.
  • The hosting dashboard was functional and had little to no issues.
  • The storage space available on the dashboard was as advertised.
  • The speed of the servers was acceptable.

Information For Buyers:

there is not cpanel, is stackcp (never used)

i have added a second domain to install wordpress
and i get error: could not install one click as directoy is not empty

It is proven with performance tests conducted in 2021 and compared with hosting solutions such as 1&1, GoDaddy, A2Hosting, and SiteGround. At that time, default WordPress installation took more than 1.5 seconds at GoDaddy, whereas ours loaded in 128MS. That's one part.

And then there is the speed that's possible because of NVMe. When compared to a fully-filled HDD, our NVMe SSD drives deliver 32x faster I/O. Normal SSD is 25x Faster, and that's how A2Hosting is advertising that their hosting is 25x faster. In the same manner, we're promoting our service as 32x Faster as we're using NVMe SSD drives which are better and expensive.

This has been already notified about - we're having small hiccups on the core server - however, it should not affect your servers. This is an incident that is happening only on our CoreServer and we have already made an announcement here:

Apparently, our team had to reboot our Core Server to get this sorted - which is why you saw the issue. That has nothing to do with our Web hosting nodes or your service.

If you'd like a refund, I would be more than happy to assist you with that and process it. Just let me know :)

Please read my message - it is default install - without plugins and themes.
 
How many email accounts can we have on these hosting plans, and how big each email account is?

Unlimited email accounts - each with 10GB Storage. The best part is, that email usage is not accounted for in the plan usage. For example, if you purchase a plan with 40GB of storage, you can have 50GB of email and 20GB of website files - making a total of 70GB, but still, you will have 20GB of space that you can use for your website.
