Of course. Each account is only for one buyer and the buyer can get full access such as email and password.
 
Hey,

I hate to report that this service killed my website. It's been close to a month and I purchased the top package.

I didn't use any other service, nor are the backlinks appearing on GSC.

What makes this hurt even more, Paypal automatically refunded me as they closed down his account. He begged me to pay him. Once I re-payed him, he went quiet on me.

I didn't want to post here @MrxCyberNet but you left me no choice.

Now I have a website that won't rank on Google.
