I received a complimentary Tier 1 backlink package from @MrxCyberNet in exchange for a review.
The package included about 200 backlinks from various sources, such as web 2.0 blogs, profiles, wiki links, and forum profiles.
The service was fast and efficient, delivering most of the links within three days of sending the report.
The content of the backlinks was relevant and informative, highlighting the features and benefits of my website and keywords.
I have not checked the indexing rate yet, but I expect it to be high with some Tier 2 and Tier 3 backlinks support.

The package delivered has 160+ links from various platforms web 2.0, forums, PDF doc sharing, Wiki.
Most of these links are live.
The content quality was ok.
These links are always good if done properly as they add diversity to the backlink profile.
Overall these are decent quality diversity links for your website or much better pointed to T1 properties and parasites.
Suggestion to buyers: If you want to point these links directly to money site it's better to provide your own content.
