Hi mate, I would like to offer a different thing. What if I were to manage the whole site and Pay you a set percentage monthly because you created. Lowering my purchasing price as exchange. Anyone can pay small fee at BHW and get listed approved here. I feel like there are more scammers here than flippa etc

This is new user started this year and already have listing.
