Need germany static proxy

Here's my experience:

1. Paid for a month using the discount code.
2. Mobile 5g proxy immediately doesn't work - cannot connect to it at all
3. Spoke with chat representative and they acknowledged the issue and said would get back to me as the developers were working on it
4. 4 hours later, still no response - went into chat and spoke with another rep.
5. 2nd rep said he redirected my proxy and it should be working now. Checked again, still not working
6. Completely lost confidence in the product at this point and asked for a cancellation/refund after wasting 4-5hours of downtime
7. Still waiting to see if they honor the refund...

Update on this:

They did provide me a refund, and Tal has been helpful throughout the process. He has offered me another free trial (perhaps it was bad luck that it wasn't working for me), and I'm open to giving it another go once I have the availability.
