Hosting videos + CDN.
Total cost so far: Around $5000-ish for web development + server/cdn costs.
Goal
Obviously to make as much as possible. I'm ready to go - for the first year and hopefully start recouping my costs in the second year.
My Plan
Focus on providing unique content while using earnings from my other adult journey (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/p...itelabel-journey-thatll-make-me-rich.1368370/) to pay for running costs + good backlinks. I'm also targeting T1 countries only, which has been very successful so far!
Analytics
I don't have a full 28-day period of analytics so i'm providing the last 14 days for now. Site is growing very good and hope to keep it up

This is my third time trying to run an adult tube. I've learned lots and really feel like this is the time i'm gonna profit hard
1) Do you think that someone needs $5k to make and operate the site or it can be done in budget also. Will there be some compromises?
2) What are you doing for SEO, how are you bring traffic to your website? Some tips would be great.

Hosting videos + CDN. - Hosting videos are videos that you are going to embed or reupload? And what is CDN?

Yeah my adult journey also cost me 5k starting up, not seeing such fast growth results as yours unfortunately. I’m monetising through my OF agency though, so traffic is less important rn.

Sorry for delay! Going to answer some questions here.
I'm not using any tools except Ahrefs where i only check my rankings.
If you're on a budget you can always use any wordpress theme and host videos on sites like Doodstream.
2) Only posting what people is searching for. Working daily and adding atleast 20+ videos / day. Bought some backlinks from other sites but they don't really bring any traffic. 95% of my traffic is from search engines.
3) Custom development = They work on the script for me, add more features, tweaks and help me overall with anything web design related.
I upload all videos to my own storage server. I don't do embeds But you can go that route if you want! My first 400 videos was embedded and some of them get big traffic For that i recommend Doodstream.
CDN = Content Delivery Network, makes the videos load and play faster with no buffering. Only downside is that i have to pay per TB.

I’m also considering serving videos from a VPS with 10gb/s connection and unlimited bandwidth. Did you explore any other routes than CDN?
