Is the website still indexed?

I had worked on a website a few months ago. I wrote educational content - SEO optimized - and the website went live for a small period of time, for 4 /5 months if I am not mistaken, and then the company turned the website off.
My concern is that after the content has been indexed and Crawled by Google, the website is now down; if you search for the content on Google, it no longer shows the website. I tried to use the "site:" method and search for its content, but it only showed me the home page and another page.
So, if I re-use its content, will Google also consider it as duplicated content, and will it be penalised for that?

If the content is not presently indexed by any site on Google. Then I don't think it would count as duplicate content.

In that case, I'd treat it as expired content. You must tweak it, and there's a good chance that Bing will penalize you.

It's not a good practise as Google still crawling the pages so it's 100% count as duplicated. So try hard to create fresh content again and go for SEO optimizetion.

He is right. I had the same issue last year I took article from my old website and published to my new omain. I don't see any progress then when I am checking about many tools then it's said this contetn count as duplicated. So avoid this create some new artciles.
