I am working with an E-commerce site; in the last Google Broad Core Update, clicks on the site doubled, even tripled, as I have been working and updating everything on that site for the last 3-4 months.
But with the latest Spam update & Broad Core update, the site lost nearly 4x clicks and traffic going down from the last 3 days. Here are some steps I want to take after 1-2 weeks if the site doesn't regain it position.

1. Delete all out-of-stock products, nearly 20K Out of stock products (Some of them order based Products)
2. Update All Meta Title and Meta Description for Products
3. Delete all Non-Traffic Blogs or Outdated blogs
4. Update Collection Page Data

Please suggest more ideas.

This is because using year can drive you some clicks

Apart from the On-page check the off-page too, check the external links you are getting for the products

Page load speed is a headache for us, and we got stuck in it as the website is custom-built. It tracks users' IPs for serving products region-wise. Due to this, passing the page speed matrix is a headache for us in mobile. But we serve AMP pages for mobile users. Previous SEOs made many mistakes in site structure, and now I can't correct them as they will harm website traffic badly and require a lot of work from the product uploading team.

I am working on that and trying to increase page speed with the developer's help, but it will take time as we can't take any steps without proper precautions as festival season is going to start.
