It's different everywhere. It all depends on the store, what kind of product it has, the quality of service provided to customers, etc.

Now this is standard Etsy practice - blocking new stores. After blocking, you need to file an appeal.
Now new stores are prohibited from launching advertising within two weeks after opening. At the start, I would like to order buyouts with reviews and then launch advertising on the budget that you can afford.

Asking your friends and family to shop at your store is the best option. Create a coupon for the maximum possible discount and let them shop. Then just mark that your item was sent without adding a track number and that’s it)
