I wish all SEO processes could be easy like Etsy SEO...
How do you contact etsy support to talk to a real person?
I contacted etsy support to answer some questions about listed items. Something in the lines of why etsy tos says is against the rules this item and suspended some accounts but there are so many stores that sell this is it because they have a disclamer saying its for entertainment?
Got a response that has nothing to do with my original questions you can se its just a chatbot answer
Lol Etsy at least use chatgpt and not a 2005 chatbot to answer questions

This has always been a problem. They have a chat, but there are Indians there who can help you with minimal problems. A request like yours requires the involvement of a special department from which you have to wait a long time for an answer, and when you receive an answer, you get the feeling that they didn’t read the text of the appeal at all and are answering some kind of bullshit.How do you contact etsy support to talk to a real person?

All that remains is to send messages to the support service every day and wait for an adequate employee to come across who will understand the essence of your question and give a clear answer.

I know for a fact that its not human responding the answer has nothing to do with my question and when i replied saying "this is a chatbot responding the answer has nothing to do with my initial question, i want to talk to a real human (human support)"
Lol the response was "Our support agents can’t reinstate your listing, and our decision on this matter remains final.
We won’t respond to further emails about this, but if you have a different question, we’re happy to assist! "

It's a shame thats why they have so much banned accounts that didn't do anything against tos, you cant even talk to a real person to clarify a simple subject.

Ads are active, there are 0 sales and 0 comments. Can you tell me a method by which I can increase my sales? Can you open a private message for me? what are the payment methods that etsy supports? they are different per country of the buyer?

- You have multiple products, stores, both digital and physical products
- You've been doing it for 5 years

- How many sales have you made among all your stores (approximately of course)?
- How many products per store?
- How many reviews on average per 100 buys to expect on average?
- Are you doing it full time or you have a job / other projects?
- For your physical products, do you mostly dropship or use a FBO? (sorry if you told it)
