U gotta make videos unique which means you need to do specific type of video/audio manipulation and for that you can use any video editing software, but will take a lot of time. Most people who are OGs have tools to automate this procedure, but for start manual editing is fine. Just removing metadata is not enough anymore.

If the videos have never been used before then you do not need any video/audio manipulation since the videos are 100% unique, but if you wanna reuse the same video multiple times then yes, you need it.

You can't find these tools online cuz they do not exist publicly. I use private bots made by my dev based on the things I tested and knowing that it works.
You can either try manual video/audio manipulation or hire a coder to make you bot for this. However, in order to make it work you still need to know what exactly to change.

Test some vpns what is working best for you but check that the vpn give you for every connection other ip Adress
