UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE/SCAM. First, they sent me 100% AI content. After showing them the proof, they told me that their writers are busy, and I asked for a refund. It's been a week, and I am still waiting for my refund. This person comes online but does not respond to my PMs or status of refund.
