Let's suppose I have migrated the whole content to new domain and submit it on search console.
Does this works? Although all the content is duplicated from old domain (dcma).

I have submitted the counter notice as well. Here is what I received a reply from google. I used the fake Address but correct phone number and I live outside the EU.
