Banned yellow member

I was browsing some aged threads and see a yellow member that written in from of the user name that it's banned for x reason but I still can access to the profile and send DM
so wanted to bring this to who may concern so they can fix it if it's glitch or just isolated case.

Thank you. That's not a bug. It's the custom title that we forgot to remove after the member was given a last chance and the ban was lifted.
That's fixed now
