If the ip is different then go for it.

Don't leave footprint so that Google can easily caught you.

Use different browser while doing backlinks.

You can also use windows VPS to do this.

There are many more guides on PBN. Search on Google and read at least 10 long blog posts on it. You will learn amazing things out there.

You are missing the point. Get off your AI high-horse because a week ago you were asking me for my AI method.
Creating AI content isn't illegal, it's probably frowned upon but tampering with websites is a different game.
