What is google invoice credit?
Monthly invoicing is a payment setting in which Google extends a line of credit to you for your advertising costs, and you receive an invoice each month. Typically, this payment setting is used by large advertisers and businesses—for example, an ad agency that manages its clients' Google Ads accounts.

What is benifit of me using your account or own account?
Lets say you are spending $50k on google ads so you are paying $50k to google ads. With us you will pay only $30k and $20k is free for you. So each month you can save $20k with us.

I'm interested in this but seller wants minimum $2000 advance and I'm not comfortable sending that upfront.

I suggested to him to offer some type of guarantor/escrow so I will not be scammed if he disappears after taking my $2k. He is thinking about it.
