Interesting update from facebook??

Okay this is really weird! I saw this post on a reddit forum with someone not being able to launch his/her facebook ads - & i tried helping with a solution but did not work..
What do you guys think is the problem?

Tell him to log in in a new browser and better use anti-detection browsers to log in to FB accounts
