A big company hired me as a algorithm specalist. While I have made thousends of dollars on youtube and know the algo there, i dont know shit about instagram. They said that they got 100k followers ogranicly in 2017 but after they started running ads, the organic pusing died off. They want me to edit some reels/posts that will "penetrate the algo". PLEASE HELP! I have about 3 days or so. Thank you!!

If it's a high-ticket job with that 3 day limit, then I'd recommend you get on a consultation call with a pro for this ASAP (could post in a hire a freelancer here). As Honestly what you're asking, will need a lot back and forth talk and there are a lot of things that could be tweaked, and something from that might just hit the nail for that account, which I think no-one will be able to compress in just 1 or 2 lines comment in here.
Yea, they already have the "viral" content, but it gets like 1k views. They also post every few days (should be 2-3 a day). I think i will edit a few videos similar to the ones they already have, so i can show them that i can make the content and start them a new account on a USA sim (since they target the US). I think their organic reach got killed after they started running ads from the same acc. But even then it's kind of a hit or miss, I told them that the best thing if the want to get a big organic reach is entertaining reels (kinda like Trax NYC, cuz the comany makes high end jewelry) What do you think?
Yeah. Doing something similar to trax nyc would be best. In the past, I did something similar for 1 of the bodybuilding niche client account and it grew quite decently after that.
You could even create a few backup/sister accounts for it to 1st test the waters and to show them, if they're being doubtful.
You could even just repost viral posts on a few of the test accounts etc. And funnel the traffic to the main account for even more traction.

As you know from your time working with YouTube, content quality is everything. If your employer's reel is getting 1k views but cant get past that, the audience is not engaging with it enough and not giving it enough watchtime to warrant Instagram showing it to more people. 1k is plenty of reach to make reels go viral, at the very least to show some growth, IF its engaging and gets watchtime. Theres no organic reach problem, there is a content problem. Your client needs to focus on providing value to their viewers, and the viewers will come.
Thats smart, but whats the best way to funnel the slave accs to the main one? They also allow me to use other platforms, so i will most likely make some shorts that I will repost on tt, yt, fb, pintrest and insta. I got an idea to post satisfying videos like "Our emerald wedding ring vs fire" and "what gem is the best against a hammer" (obviously i would ask them to order/make reps). I have a really good idea of making the brand pop-off on yt too with longform content that showcases their brand more. Don't really need twitter. At the end of the day, the most important thing is to get sales so as long as i bring them more traffic to the site, im sailling.

Bro ... you want me to fake it? They will see see the the traffic on their site and even if the don't find out, it's still really scummy.
If having too many child accs, then sending Welcome DM to new followers to checkout the main page. If having only a few child accs, then just tagging the main acc in the bio and/or caption of every other post should do.
